Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to drive the success of our marketing efforts. The Product Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of marketing with AI, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop a purpose-built generative AI platform for marketing teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and marketing strategy for our company, aligned with user needs and business priorities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into real features that users love.
  • Be a voice for the customer, leading initiatives to understand pain points, behaviours, and workflows.
  • Undertake product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Onboard new customers, including setup and customization of our platform for their needs.
  • Regularly check-in with customers, particularly in the first two months, to ensure they are getting the best from our solution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the creation and launch of new AI Skills, workflows, and integrations that help users deliver high-quality content with less effort.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on product execution - planning, writing user stories, running experiments and marketing our solution.
  • Champion responsible AI usage and shape how the world adopts generative technology.
Requirements
  • A curious, collaborative, and user-obsessed mindset.
  • Experience in product/marketing management, growth marketing, AI tooling, content strategy or any combination thereof.
  • Strong communication skills - turning technical features into clear narratives and helping cross-functional teams stay aligned.
