Product Development Leader

We're seeking a Product Development Leader to drive the development and implementation of innovative products. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our product suite by driving strategic initiatives and ensuring our products remain best-in-class.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new products that meet the evolving needs of our clients, staying ahead of regulatory changes and market trends.
  • Project manage end-to-end implementation from product development to launch, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
  • B Foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the product strategy.
  • Facilitate product development meetings, ensuring thorough follow-up on action items and the successful execution of projects.
  • Assist in all aspects of product management, maintenance, quality, and strategy, ensuring our funds are presented, distributed, and maintained to the highest standard.
  • Regularly review funds for alignment with investor expectations.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide recommendations for optimising product features.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including product disclosure statements and other relevant materials.
  • Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of relevant product policies, frameworks, and governance structures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, including strategic product management.
  • Excellent numerical proficiency, commercial acumen, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning, project management, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong ability to utilise data and information to draw out insights and drive outcomes.
  • Capacity to quickly comprehend intricate concepts and adjust to shifting circumstances.
