Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman Service Enhancement Specialist

As a Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman Service Enhancement Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our Operational Excellence strategy. You will lead the Quality, Insights, and Service and Escalated Complaints function, enhance user experience, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
