- Student Advisory: Proactively reach out to potential students via various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, and provide detailed information on programs, requirements, and financial aid options.
- Administration: Employ CRM systems and other tools to manage leads, monitor sales, generate reports, respond to client inquiries, assist applicants, and provide status updates.
About You
We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a great work ethic. Ideally, you will have:
- Education industry background or experience in sales and administration.
- About 2 years of sales or administration experience.
- Vietnamese or Mandarin speaker preferred, as we are covering the South-East Asia and Greater China Market.
- Positive attitude and ability to prioritize and work with constant changes.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to our diverse learner's community.
- Strong cross-functional thinking and excellent time management skills with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Desire/commitment to work onsite, full-time in the office.
