This role is ideal for junior lawyers who:

- Need the flexibility to balance work with other commitments, such as travel or study
You will work closely with our client's legal team, providing support on a diverse range of construction law matters and contributing to some of Australia's largest infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in managing construction-related legal cases, including drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with changes in construction law
- Supporting senior lawyers in negotiations, dispute resolution, and client meetings
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks
- Providing general legal advice on construction law issues
To be successful, you will need:
- Australian-qualified lawyer with up to 2 years of experience in construction law
- Strong knowledge of Australian construction law and regulations
- Excellent drafting and research skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Full Australian working rights - we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time
