This role is ideal for junior lawyers who:

You will work closely with our client's legal team, providing support on a diverse range of construction law matters and contributing to some of Australia's largest infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in managing construction-related legal cases, including drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with changes in construction law
  • Supporting senior lawyers in negotiations, dispute resolution, and client meetings
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks
  • Providing general legal advice on construction law issues

To be successful, you will need:

  • Australian-qualified lawyer with up to 2 years of experience in construction law
  • Strong knowledge of Australian construction law and regulations
  • Excellent drafting and research skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Full Australian working rights - we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time
