We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Family Violence Case Support Worker. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with knowledge and experience in working with vulnerable populations and risk assessments.

As a Family Violence Case Support Worker, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality support to adult and child victim-survivors of family violence. Your tasks will include maintaining accurate client records, coordinating referrals, managing correspondence, and assisting with data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline administrative processes to enable Case Managers to focus on direct client support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience of the issues facing children, youth, and their families
  • Working with vulnerable populations and risk assessments
  • Understanding of legislative requirements and ability to work flexibly
