Job Overview

As a Personal Banker, you will play a vital role in advocating Beyond Bank's core values and delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with our Customer Ownership Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized banking solutions to new and existing customers
  • Proactively identify customer needs and connect them to Beyond Bank's offerings through excellent listening skills
  • Manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to customers
  • Contribute to a high-achieving team environment by demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to success
  • Manage customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions
  • Collaborate with specialists to deliver tailored solutions for customers

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for building lasting relationships
  • Able to work in a dynamic customer service environment and think critically to resolve problems
  • Experience in banking or financial services is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
