Job Description

As a retail leader, you will be an integral part of making a real difference in the lives of customers and team members.

This role involves leading and coaching a high-performing team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements. You will maintain excellent service standards by ensuring the checkout area is clean and safe for team members and customers.

The successful candidate will drive a one-team culture that prioritizes team member health, safety, and wellbeing. They will become customer-obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers to ensure we provide an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
