Medical Imaging Audio Typist Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Imaging Audio Typist to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for typing medical imaging reports, including X-ray, Ultrasound, CT and MRI scans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transcribe medical imaging reports from audio files with high accuracy and speed
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of medical imaging terminology and procedures
  • Work independently in a remote setting, prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals via digital platforms

Requirements:

  • Minimum 80 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
  • Well-developed computer skills, including Microsoft Office and digital transcription software
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
