The role is pivotal in overseeing end-to-end delivery of civil maintenance activities. With a focus on safety, efficiency, and community outcomes, you will drive process improvements, manage resources, and ensure service standards are met across the network.

  • Lead a team of Supervisors, Engineers, and field staff delivering maintenance works.
  • Oversee work order management, resource planning, and monthly reports.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contract standards.
  • Drive workflow and process improvements across civil maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support cost control, reporting, and safety outcomes.

You are a confident leader with a background in water or civil infrastructure maintenance and proven commercial acumen.

  • Experience managing civil maintenance or utility network teams.
  • Strong skills in work order and subcontractor management.
  • Sound understanding of budgeting, cost analysis, and claims.
  • Proven ability to optimise workflows and manage competing priorities.
  • Collaborative and safety-focused approach to leadership.
