IT Specialist: Oracle SOA Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in IT to fill a key role in our dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Providing application support and testing expertise, including knowledge of relevant software tools and troubleshooting skills using command-line tools and shell scripting.
- Full software development life cycle and methodologies working on Tomcat, WebLogic, or similar middleware server environments.
- Strong working knowledge of security roles, issues, and risks in a medium-level enterprise.
- Working primarily on projects as well as supporting business-as-usual (BAU) environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively at all levels.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant IT disciplines or similar fields.
- At least 8 years of IT experience.
- Knowledge of JMS, XPATH, XQUERY, SOAP, and REST protocols.
- Key skills include JAVA, web services, PL/SQL, JMS, XML, XSD, and JSON.
- Preferred skills include Oracle Service Bus (OSB), BPEL, SOA, WebLogic, Spring, Hibernate, and REACT.
- Minimum 6 years of Java and J2EE design and programming experience, including web development.
- Advanced EDI Messaging concepts.
- WLI / OSB Development - Advanced Level.
- SOA / BPEL Development - Advanced Level.
- Java (J2EE) Programming - Advanced Level.
- Oracle SQL and PL/SQL - Intermediate Level.
- Shell Scripting - Advanced Level.
