About the Role:

  • We are seeking a professional to design and implement engaging activities for residents.
  • Developing programs tailored to individual needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Active participation in delivering activities.
  • Preparing comprehensive Lifestyle Assessments of residents.
  • Ensuring thorough documentation of resident participation and engagement.
  • Managing and coaching a team to deliver engaging activities.
  • Supporting orientation and training of new team members and volunteers.
  • Fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and volunteers.

About You:

  • Demonstrated understanding of Leisure and Lifestyle programming and Quality Standards.
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or relevant qualification.
  • Prior experience in a related role is beneficial.

About CareCross:

Expected hours: 38 per week.
