Job Title:

Medical Oncology Leader

  • Lead a team of oncology professionals and drive strategic direction for the division.
Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the strategic plan for the oncology division.
- Drive the development and implementation of the oncology medical plans.
- Foster strong collaborations with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and organizations.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in oncology research and treatment.

Qualifications:

- A medical or scientific degree with a specialization in oncology is preferred. An advanced degree is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in oncology medical affairs (at least 7 years+)
- Proven people management and leadership experience with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving successful outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical trial protocols in the oncology field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
