The role of a Venue Manager is to oversee all aspects of venue operations, ensuring effective and efficient functioning. This includes leading from the front, driving passion and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for patrons.
We are seeking a manager with a strong ability to generate revenue-building ideas across all business areas, including identifying growth opportunities and implementing successful promotions.
This autonomous role offers a generous salary package, KPI bonus, relocation assistance, temporary accommodation, and the opportunity to join a professional hospitality team.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role, with the ability to effectively manage teams and communicate with all departments within the Head Office.
- A minimum of 3+ years of Venue Management experience is required, with a deep understanding of venue reporting and systems on a regular basis.
- Financial acumen, including P&L analysis, is also essential for this role, as well as the ability to generate revenue-building ideas and identify growth opportunities.
