Executive Chef Opportunity
- A leading hospitality company is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead their kitchen team in a modern, fully renovated venue.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and inspiring chef to take charge of our modern pub/bistro menu, featuring a grill, pizza oven, and elevated pub classics. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or strong experience as a Sous Chef ready to step up. At least 4 years post-apprenticeship is also required.
Key Responsibilities
- To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Head Chef role, or strong experience as a Sous Chef ready to step up
- At least 4 years post-apprenticeship
- A leadership style that's hands-on, calm, clean, respectful and inclusive
- Strong organisational skills with a passion for consistency and quality
- Solid understanding of kitchen financials, from P&L and food costing to labour and stock
- Experience maintaining high food safety standards and OHS compliance
