Pharmacy Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled pharmacist to join our close-knit team in a diverse range of clinical areas and dispensary.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to review patient medications and provide clinical advice and information to nursing and medical staff.
  • Help patients and carers adjust to changes in medicine regimens.
  • Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making within the pharmacy team.
Essential Requirements:
  • Proof of eligibility for registration with the relevant health practitioner registration agency.
  • Demonstrate fulfillment of the criteria for grade 2 pharmacist in accordance with the relevant award.
