About The Role

This role provides a unique opportunity to work in various clinical areas, rotating across the year to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care. As part of a close-knit team, you will work collaboratively with nursing and medical staff to review patient medications, provide clinical advice, and help patients adjust to changes in their medication regimens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review patient medications and provide clinical advice to nursing and medical staff
  • Help patients and carers adjust to changes in medicine regimens
  • Work independently, but also collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional patient care
Requirements
  • Proof of eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration agency, Pharmacy
  • Demonstrate fulfillment of the criteria for grade 2 pharmacist in accordance with the Health Employees' Pharmacists (State) Award
Additional Information
  • Must be an Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport
  • Eligibility list will be created for future permanent full or part-time and temporary full-time vacancies
