About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our QLD Operations team at Broad Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing engineering disciplines and subcontractors on projects ranging from $40M - $75M.
  2. Planning and coordinating project activities to ensure timely completion.
  3. Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will require:

  1. Minimum 4 years relevant experience in construction industry including building experience.
  2. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
  3. Demonstrated commercial experience to include planning up to 4 weeks ahead and weekly against cost and time.
  4. Demonstrable understanding of safety, health and environment best practice.
