Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Store Manager. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience of leading multi-site or big box stores, with a deep understanding of store operations and a proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth.

  • You will be responsible for monitoring and managing multiple levels of performance including sales and profitability, inventory and labour.
  • You must be confident and cool-headed under pressure, persevering in the face of inevitable setbacks.
  • You will take personal accountability for ensuring a positive experience for our customers and upholding the brand to the highest standard.
