We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Analysis Specialist to join our team, providing technical expertise in research design, data analysis, and statistical modeling.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior executives and managers to develop an evidence base for correctional service policies and practices, drawing on their expertise in quantitative analysis and stakeholder engagement.

A key aspect of the position is the design and implementation of data collection instruments and data management processes to support research and evaluation activities.

You will also be responsible for analysing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and communicating research findings to diverse stakeholders through reports, presentations, and other media.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing and conducting large-scale research and evaluation projects at all stages
  • Experience in managing complex datasets and conducting quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis
  • Proficient in programs such as SPSS, Stata, Excel, and SAS
  • Exceptional communication, planning, and organisational skills
  • Qualifications in social/behavioural sciences, statistics, or data sciences or equivalent experience
