Job Description

Our Water group has secured major contracts with key water authority clients across Australia and locally in Victoria.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Victorian team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering water projects to client expectations, timeframes, and specifications while contributing to the financial success of our business.

You will also be responsible for managing project change, finances, schedule, quality, health, safety, and risk while driving diverse teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with senior engineers and design managers to plan, coordinate, and execute key projects according to our Corporate Project Management Framework (PMF).
  • Developing detailed project plans, monitoring timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Providing regular status updates and reports on project progress and outcomes.
  • Preparing and monitoring project safety plans to ensure our SaferTogether culture is upheld and documented.
  • Driving process improvements and streamlining workflows to optimize project outcomes.
  • Identifying and alleviating project risks to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Conducting project meetings with stakeholders to set expectations and discuss results.
  • Assisting in the preparation of bids and proposals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal delivery teams.
