About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 180 residential properties in the Inner Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance management to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet the required standards.
  • Conduct rental reviews and lease renewals to ensure optimal rental income and tenant satisfaction.
  • Coordinate ingoing and outgoing inspections to ensure smooth transitions for tenants and owners.
  • Handle escalated arrears management to minimize losses and maintain positive relationships with owners and tenants.
  • Prepare and attend tribunal hearings to resolve disputes and protect the interests of our clients.
  • Coordinate the interviewing and placement of prospective tenants to ensure the best possible match for our clients' properties.
  • Develop new business opportunities to grow our property portfolio and increase revenue.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, with a strong background in property management.
  • A Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration is essential.
  • A reliable car and a valid driver's license are required for regular property inspections.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with owners, tenants, and colleagues.
  • Strong administration skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Knowledge of the local property market and trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
