Event Coordinator Role

The position of Event Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of events.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and registration.
  • Lead a team to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
  • Promote event spaces to potential clients and negotiate package deals.
  • Manage participant registration, supervise staff, and report on work order variations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in a related field.
  • At least three years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Australian work visa and RSA certification.
Job Requirements:
  • High-level organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software.
