Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Network Specialist to join our team. This role involves working in remote locations, building and maintaining networks, and ensuring customers' Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of works enabling full delivery and ongoing management to new and existing services.
  • Carry out Preventative Maintenance (PMIs) and audit against PMI schedule.
  • Support planned events on the Network with documented Method of Procedures, risk assessments, and customer notifications.
  • Provide operational and technical support to ensure customers' SLAs are met.

Requirements

  • Flexibility and comfort working away from home.
  • Ability to work a rotational roster and be on call.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build great relationships with stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications for the role, including a Riggers ticket, Working at Heights, and Tower Rescue.
  • Pride in delivering quality and safety work.
