About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide outstanding service to customers, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise
  • To maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cabin, adhering to high standards of hygiene and presentation
  • To assist with emergency situations, following established procedures to ensure the safety of all on board
Benefits

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with:

  • 1+ year of hospitality or customer service experience
  • A positive attitude and natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (ability to speak another language is an advantage)
  • Arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes and minimum height of 160 cm
  • No visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform
About You

We want people who can adapt to new situations, cultures, and environments. As an air travel professional, you will be based in Dubai and need to meet the UAE's employment visa requirements.
