About the Role

We are seeking a Property Solutions Specialist to join our team in Western Australia. As a trusted expert in your local community, you will help individuals find, buy and own property with confidence.

Our specialists are seeing more demand and more opportunities than ever, with almost 80% of home loans now settled by brokers. We're growing across the region and looking for driven mortgage professionals to manage sales and customer service effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage walk-ins, online leads and in-store appointments with high-intent customers
  • Guide customers through the home loan journey from search, to settlement, and beyond
  • Submit deals to our processing team—freeing you from tedious administration to focus on customer relationships
  • Leverage our expanded offering to earn income from referrals and partnerships

What We're Looking For

  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it — we can assist)
  • A background in sales or customer service roles
  • Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of your local business
  • A passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights
