Reports Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Reports Production Coordinator.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring medical reports are delivered with high quality and within specified timelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and finalising independent medical reports according to industry standards and facilitating the administration of consultant reports to support the delivery of medical examinations and related products.

  • Undertake quality reviews of medical reports and products
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with consultants and other key stakeholders
  • Liaise with consultants and other relevant stakeholders as necessary to resolve report queries
  • Ensure end-to-end completion of reports from transcription to finalisation, meeting customer service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Respond to incoming inquiries regarding report status
  • Coordinate further reports including supplementary, clarification, and superseding requests
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience working in a similar position or within a medical/insurance related practice (desirable)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A warm personal approach which is positive, empathetic, helpful, and able to work within a confidential environment
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, while maintaining flexibility
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
