Join Our Team as a Sales Assistant at Petbarn

Petbarn, a leading pet specialty retailer, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in the Watergardens store. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual with a passion for pets and customer service. The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a high-volume retail environment
  • Strong merchandising skills and the ability to maintain a visually appealing store
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • A customer-focused approach, with a strong emphasis on making sales and meeting customer needs
  • High integrity and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of customer service

You will be required to work on weekends and be flexible with your working hours. As part of your responsibilities, you may be required to lift heavy items, such as bags of dog food.
