Key Responsibilities
  • Test Script Development: Develop, execute, and review quality test scripts for solution, integration, and UAT testing phases based on business processes, requirements, and integrations.
  • Ensure Comprehensive Test Scripts: Ensure that test scripts are comprehensive, accurate, and aligned with project objectives.
  • Testing Phases: Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure the robustness and reliability of SAP Payroll solutions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues during testing phases.
  • Requirements Analysis: Analyze business processes, requirements, and integrations to design effective test scenarios and scripts.
  • Work with Business Analysts and Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and validate business requirements.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
  • Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reporting on testing progress, issues, and resolutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as an SAP Payroll Test Analyst.
  • Strong Expertise: Strong expertise in developing, executing, and reviewing test scripts for solution, integration, and UAT testing phases.
  • Experience in Testing: Experience in functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
  • Knowledge of SAP Payroll: Knowledge of SAP Payroll processes and configurations.
