We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Operations Coordinator to join our team at WOMADelaide, an iconic open-air festival celebrating cultural discovery in Adelaide's stunning Botanic Park.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Production Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of our site, including assisting with artist management, coordinating logistics, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a world-renowned festival that showcases the best of music, arts, dance, and ideas from around the globe.

As a Site Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the coordination of site operations, including artist management, logistics, and maintenance
  • Working closely with the Production Coordinator to ensure the smooth delivery of events
  • Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
  • Providing exceptional customer service to artists, staff, and visitors
