Commercial Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our skilled team. The role will oversee all contracts administration responsibilities for a diverse range of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer all contracts, including procurement, negotiation and final account
  • Oversee budget management and reporting

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in contracts administration with commercial build projects in Australia
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
