We are seeking a highly skilled WHS professional to drive our health and safety initiatives.

Job Description
  • Promote a positive safety culture by leading, coaching and mentoring key stakeholders to develop leadership skills and behaviours.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive WHS strategies that align with organisational objectives.
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs to enhance employee knowledge and competence in WHS.
  • Led incident investigations as required to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diligently monitor and report on hazards and incidents to ensure timely mitigation measures.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Health and Safety or related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a senior WHS role.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and mentor teams to develop safety leadership skills and behaviours.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of Workers Compensation legislation.
