Senior Cyber Security Leader

This is a highly influential position that will shape and deliver high-impact security initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in regulated environments, ideally financial services, and will be able to lead a geographically dispersed team.

Key responsibilities include leading the development and execution of an enterprise information risk and security strategy, overseeing delivery of technology initiatives, and managing and investigating security incidents.

The role requires building strong relationships with business units, providing consultancy on information security projects, and coordinating risk and compliance requirements.

  • Develop and execute an enterprise information risk and security strategy.
  • Oversee delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
  • Manage and investigate security incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with business units to ensure service delivery expectations are met.
  • Provide consultancy on information security projects and coordinate risk and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee the Security Operations Centre to ensure efficient detection, analysis, and response to cybersecurity threats.
  • Implement data protection strategies to prevent unauthorized access or loss of sensitive information.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring KPIs are tracked.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments across internal and third-party environments.
