Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations and Maintenance to lead our teams in delivering exceptional services.

The role involves managing infrastructure trades, fleet operations, and public domain services, ensuring they are delivered responsively and consistently.

You will shape the future of our maintenance programs by designing robust recurrent service schedules, developing and maintaining service-level agreements and KPIs, and implementing WHS frameworks that foster continuous operational improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead annual operational plant maintenance program and replacement schedule
  • Analyse fleet data to optimise performance, reduce downtime, and minimise whole-of-life costs
  • Make recommendations to support strategic decision-making
