Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the management of client relationships, ensure seamless coordination between onsite and offshore support teams, and guarantee the timely resolution of service requests and incidents.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of SAP BAU support including incident management, problem management, minor enhancements, and service request fulfillment.
  • Guarantee adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitor performance metrics, and provide regular status updates.
  • Establish effective communication channels with client teams, offshore delivery teams, and third-party vendors.

For success in this position, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA modules and ITIL processes. Additionally, they must exhibit excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders for SAP support services.
  • Leading and participating in regular status meetings, governance reviews, and performance reporting.
  • Properly escalating critical issues and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintaining resource utilization and workload balancing across modules and support streams.
  • Driving improvements in processes, documentation, and knowledge management.
