About this role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardening Enhancement Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a group of professionals to enhance green spaces across various contracts in the SEQ region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team to maintain and enhance green spaces
  • Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
  • Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
  • Complete service requests as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in gardening using push mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, planting, laying turf, irrigation, and mulching
  • Valid manual driver's license
  • White card
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
