Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct interviews with directors and bankrupts to gather information and assess financial situations
  • Assist with the sale of businesses and prepare budgets and forecasts to ensure a smooth transition
  • Liaise with lawyers, agents, and auctioneers to facilitate the realization of assets
  • Oversee the coordination of asset realization and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the team to enhance overall knowledge and skills
  • Review the work of junior team members and provide guidance and support
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of information into our systems
  • Identify and resolve complex issues that may arise during the insolvency process
Requirements:
  • Business or Commerce degree with an Accounting major
  • Law degree (LLB or JD) with an interest in Insolvency
  • 2+ years' experience in Professional Services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
