Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically skilled Inventory Management Associate to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production environment.
We prioritize precision, artistic execution, and innovative efficiency to provide exceptional foil stamping and embossing products worldwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and checking in all materials, controlling inventory accuracy and quality, and assisting in daily cycle counting.
To succeed in this role, you must possess basic math skills, be a team player, and exhibit strong self-motivation. Additionally, you should be able to differentiate between colors and have knowledge of inventory scanners.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure operators have necessary materials available at all times
- Receive and check in all materials accurately
- Control inventory accuracy and quality effectively
- Assist in daily cycle counting processes
- Ensure machines are stocked with product and supplies regularly
- Basic math skills and numerical proficiency
- Teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Strong self-motivation and initiative
- Able to differentiate between colors and identify variations
- Knowledge of inventory scanners and management systems
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
