**Job Opportunity:** Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of people with disabilities.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing essential assistance to clients with high needs, aiding with personal care and daily tasks.

You will work in a shared living environment, promoting autonomy and supporting residents around the clock.

The ideal candidate will be confident in engaging with clients effectively, building positive relationships and supporting their unique needs.

They will also be resilient and self-assured, able to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, demonstrating problem-solving abilities and being flexible with availability for shift work, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays.

Other requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook, and holding a valid Australian Driver's License and Working With Children Check.
