Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team and help create memorable moments for attendees.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environments and be able to operate in line with WHS and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring all menu items consistently meet presentation and quality standards.

Maintaining strict compliance with kitchen hygiene, food safety, WHS, and HACCP requirements is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environments
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in line with WHS and HACCP standards
