Senior Tax Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax planning and compliance, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide expert advice.

This role is responsible for overseeing the tax functions of our operations, including:

  • Providing guidance on tax planning opportunities
  • Identifying tax risks and mitigation strategies
  • Ensuring tax compliance
  • Managing internal tax reporting requirements

Responsibilities include:

Tax Compliance:
  • Technical review of corporate income tax return
  • Reviewing and approving all other tax filings
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies when required

Tax Leadership:

  • Identifying tax planning opportunities for our businesses
  • Monitoring new tax developments and advising the business accordingly
  • Providing tax support for major transactions

Internal Reporting:

  • Collaborating with finance team for group finance reporting
  • Collaborating with tax lead for tax information required by head office

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CPA/CA qualification
  • Minimum 15 years of tax experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
