Job Title

Apprentice and Learning Advisor: Coordinating Apprentice Success


This role is responsible for coordinating the learning journey of apprentices, providing support and fostering a positive learning culture. The successful candidate will work closely with supervisors and training staff to ensure a smooth delivery of learning and development.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate apprentice onboarding, rosters, uniforms, and training schedules
  • Organise quarterly catch-ups, graduations, and other key apprentice events
  • Track apprentice progress, training records, and compliance with RTO requirements
  • Partner with Managers, RTOs, and our Training team to ensure smooth delivery of learning and development
  • Support internal learning on-site, including scheduling, room bookings, materials, and trainer coordination
  • Act as the first point of contact for apprentice engagement, communication, and ongoing support

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in a coordination or administration role, preferably in a vocational education and training (VET) environment. A relevant qualification in education, HR, or trade would be advantageous.
