Rural Medical Practice Opportunity

This unique opportunity allows you to pursue a non-vocational general practitioner career while receiving fully funded training to complete your fellowship.

  • Our practice is an accredited training facility, offering a comprehensive support system and personalized supervision.

As a rural medical practice, we offer a diverse range of medical conditions that present to our clinic, including but not limited to:

  • Antenatal care and chronic disease management
  • Paediatric conditions and variety of employment medicals
  • Mental health services and women's health checks
  • Adult and childhood immunizations and men's health checks

To be successful in this role, you will require General AHPRA registration or Limited/Provisional AHPRA registration with Level 2 supervision minimum.

Ingham is a rural centre located in the Wet Tropics World Heritage area, offering a diverse array of natural attractions and community activities. The town has two supermarkets, a number of specialty stores, two high schools, several primary schools, a library, and a cinema.
