We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our services.
Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate bus and driver movements for scheduled services, maintenance, fuelling, and operational needs.
You will also be responsible for managing crew and vehicle changeovers, responding quickly to breakdowns, delays, and staffing changes. Additionally, you will support frontline driving staff during both routine and emergency situations.
In this role, you will be required to monitor compliance with National Fatigue guidelines, regulations, and Enterprise Agreements. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate operational records for incidents, service disruptions, and performance analysis.
Furthermore, you will assist with charter allocations, quoting, and coordination with the Sales Support team. You will engage with drivers and staff to foster a high-performance, safety-focused culture.
Requirements- A minimum of 2 years' experience in operations coordination, preferably with supervisory exposure.
- A current C class driver's licence (MR licence preferred or willingness to obtain).
- A valid State Driving Authority and Working with Children Check.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and support teams in high-pressure situations.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
