Professional Development Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the lifelong learning of our valued members by providing effective administration of the College's Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs, processes, and resources.

The successful candidate will have a key focus on customer service and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CPD team, including the launch of a new CPD platform.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting education programs, preferably in the vocational sector.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning, time-management, and organisation skills.
  • Well-developed communication skills.
  • Ability to work both in a small team and unsupervised on tasks in accordance with team objectives, timelines, and priorities.
  • Ability to use initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service orientated and member-focused approach.

This is a full-time position based in Melbourne.
