Job Title: Membership Services Representative

Overview of Role

As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for greeting and farewelling members and guests, monitoring club access, handling inquiries and complaints, and explaining our Judgement Free Zone policy.

You will also be required to answer phone calls, take messages, provide club tours, sell memberships, operate the point-of-sale system, manage accounts, schedule physical education sessions, maintain the front desk, and perform daily cleaning and club walk-arounds.

Experience in customer service, holding a Certificate III in Fitness, and current First Aid and CPR certifications are preferred. You will also need to hold a Working with Children certificate and a police check within the last 12 months.
