Personal Care Support Worker

As an Assistive Care Specialist, you will work closely with our customers to identify their needs and develop personalized care plans that promote their independence and well-being.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a caring and compassionate individual to join our team of dedicated professionals. You will be responsible for providing assistive care services, including domestic assistance, basic home cleaning and tidying, and assistance with personal care.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Valid driver's licence and comprehensive car insurance
Hours are generally Monday to Friday between 7am – 7pm, with some flexibility to accommodate customer needs. Shifts will be shorter in duration, with paid travel time between customers in a localised area, where possible.
