The role we are seeking to fill is a technical leadership position with a focus on integrating business processes and systems using ServiceNow.

We are looking for an experienced developer who can lead the development and implementation of new integrations, manage enhancements to existing ones, and oversee platform upgrades, updates, and patching.

This person will translate complex customer requirements into effective technical solutions using our business standards and methodologies.

They will provide technical oversight and mentorship to other developers, including conducting comprehensive system, functional, and automated testing.

">

This leader will also be responsible for leading customer-facing workshops to facilitate project scoping for ServiceNow integrations and other complex technical engagements.

Additionally, they will manage project items, including business-as-usual (BAU) activities, continuous service improvement (CSI), and minor works.

">

">About You/Required Skills and Experience">

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold current Australian Citizenship to gain required government security clearances.

You must possess a Micro-certification in IntegrationsHub or have a deep understanding of this area of the ServiceNow platform.

Experience as a ServiceNow Implementation and/or Integration Developer is essential.

">

A strong understanding of IT service management principles and ServiceNow capabilities is also required.

You will need excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders are necessary.
