Overview

Verse is seeking a Technical Integration Lead in Perth, Western Australia, Australia. This role leads the design and delivery of secure, governed enterprise integration solutions critical to ensuring seamless system transition, data integrity, and integration excellence across digital, cloud, and infrastructure domains. Be part of a complex, high-impact project supporting operational and strategic business goals.

Base pay range

A$140,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end integration solution design, development, and deployment aligned with enterprise architecture and integration patterns.
  • Oversee API lifecycle management, middleware configuration, and data mapping for external interfaces.
  • Ensure compliance, data security, and performance standards across integration points.
  • Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to manage risks, resolve issues, and deliver on deadlines.
  • Drive governance frameworks and enforce contract-first, pattern-based integration practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Lead and develop a motivated, high-performing team fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
About You
  • Extensive experience in enterprise integration design and delivery, including API management and middleware platforms such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Azure Integration Services.
  • Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and secure data exchange standards.
  • Proven success in leading complex technical projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to data integrity, security, and governance frameworks.
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Effective leader experienced in team development and driving performance aligned to business goals.
  • Police clearance required.
