About the Role:

This role oversees the operations of our laboratories. You'll play a key role in guiding laboratory teams, ensuring compliance, and contributing to both short-term performance and long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the laboratory, contribute to business performance through effective resource planning and quality outcomes.
  • Support NATA framework and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure full compliance with OH&S and legislative requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to meet customer quality expectations.
  • Build strong relationships through open communication and a shared commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Work closely with laboratory managers and technicians to manage equipment maintenance and operational procedures.
